1. 2. Temperature; Polyaluminium chloride is generally dissolved at room temperature, and the water temperature shall not exceed 60 degrees as far as possible. If the water temperature is too high, the internal structure of polyaluminium chloride will be damaged and the use effect will be affected.
When polyaluminium chloride is used for flocculation, it is related to the type and surface properties of the flocculent, especially the potentiodynamic potential, viscosity, turbidity and pH value of the suspension. The potentiodynamic potential on the particle surface is the reason for particle polymerization inhibition. Adding polyaluminium chloride with opposite surface charge can reduce the potentiodynamic potential and agglomerate. Adsorption bridging: polyaluminium chloride molecular chain is fixed on the surface of different particles, and a polymer bridge is formed between the particles, so that the particles form aggregates and settle. Surface adsorption: various adsorption of polar group particles on polyaluminium chloride molecules. Enhancement: polyaluminium chloride molecular chain and dispersed phase connect the dispersed phase through various mechanical, physical and chemical actions to form a network.
