Polymeric ferric sulfate has stable performance, excellent water purification effect, and does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metal ions. The removal rate is as high as 90% or more; the purification effect of low temperature, low turbidity and high turbidity raw water is very good.
The polyferric sulfate polymer is hydrolyzed and suspended in the wastewater by iron ions in the wastewater. The colloidal particles of organic pollutants are electrically neutralized and adsorbed and bridged, and the harmful ions and pollutants in the wastewater are complexed, destabilized and aggregated to precipitate. In the process of sediment formation in wastewater, the colloidal adsorbents in the wastewater are captured by nets to form flocculation aggregates, coagulated and precipitated into mud, and then separated to achieve correct removal.
The action of polyferric sulfate can remove most of them, and the removal rate is close to 90%. If the remaining part of the solubility is not completely removed, it can be completely removed by biochemical process, or a biochemical micro-aeration system is added above the sedimentation tank, treated with biochemical water purifier, and can also be removed by microorganisms. 1. Under suitable conditions, the polymer ferric sulfate destabilizes the colloidal particle pollutants in the wastewater - coagulation - bridging and adsorption, and the formed giant particle aggregates generate positive and negative ions. Strong attraction, and the flocculation effect increases with the increase of the dosage of polyferric sulfate.
2. When the dosage of polyferric sulfate is 10-40/, the removal rate of the flocculation effect increases rapidly, but when it exceeds this amount, the wastewater will be milky white, the flocs will also become smaller, the sludge will float and flocculate. The effect is not complete enough, resulting in a decrease in the removal rate, so the dosage should be strictly controlled.
3. The precipitation of harmful ions and inorganic and organic pollutants in the flocculation wastewater of polyferric sulfate into mud on the surface will not reduce it, because the removal of organic pollutants in the wastewater will inevitably reduce the demand for chemical oxygen consumption , because the oxidizable substances in the water are gone, they are naturally removed.
